Help for editors and stream authors

Organization Editors run a team, club or group; Stream Authors write News Feed posts.

  • Who can post to the News Feed?

School administrators can always post. A Senior Admin can also give any other member the Stream Author right.

  • How do I write a News Feed post with photos?

Select New post, write up to 2,000 characters, add photos and categories, then select Post or Save draft.

  • How do I schedule a post for later and manage my drafts?

Choose Schedule for later under When, pick a date and time, then manage scheduled posts and drafts from your list above the feed.

  • Can I write a News Feed post when I am offline?

Yes, in the app. Your post is saved on your phone and sent when you are back online.
