These terms govern your use of Flux Student Directory (the "Service"), operated by [TODO: legal entity name]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided to schools and to the parents, guardians, staff and administrators they invite. You can register only if your school has added your email address to its approved list. Students do not hold accounts. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your school controls its directory: who is on the roster, who has access, and what roles people hold. Your school's administrators may add, change or remove information and access, and may export the school's data. Questions about what the school has recorded about you or your child should go to the school first.

• Use directory information only for school-related purposes, such as contacting other families about school matters. Do not use it for marketing, solicitation, harassment, or any commercial purpose, and do not share it publicly.
• Respect other families' privacy choices.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, probe or disrupt the Service, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not upload photos or information of people without a right to do so.

You keep ownership of the information and files you provide. You give us permission to store, process and display them solely to operate the Service for your school, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account at any time from your Account page (there is a 30-day period to change your mind before it is permanently purged). A school may deactivate a member's access. We may suspend access that violates these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk, and a school's access may end when its agreement with us ends.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
