Why does it say \"No schools were linked to your account\"?
The email you registered with is not on your school's list yet. Ask the school office to add it, then sign in again.

You see "No schools were linked to your account" or "Contact your school administrator" when the email address you registered with is not on your school's list. You can still have an account, but the app cannot link you to a school or a child until the school adds that address.
What to do
- Ask your school office to add your email address to Flux Student Directory and link it to your child.
- Tell them exactly which address you used to register.
- After they tell you it is done, sign in again.
You do not need to register again. Your school and children are linked automatically when you sign in.
Why it happens
Registration accepts any email. The check against the school's list happens after you confirm your email, which is why the message appears at that point.
Common causes:
- The school has a different address for you, such as an old or work email.
- The address was misspelled on the school's list or when you registered.
- You chose Hide My Email with Apple, so the school does not recognize the private address Apple created.
- The school has not added you yet.
Good to know
- Only your school controls who is in its directory, so the school office is the fastest route.
- If you already registered with the wrong email, ask the school to add the right one and register with that address.
