Which email address should I use to register?

Use the exact email address your school has on file for you. The app matches your email to your school's list, and that is the only way it can find your school and your children.

If you are not sure

Ask the school office which address they have for you. If it is an old or different address, ask them to add the one you want to use.

Signing in with Apple or Google

Continue with Apple and Continue with Google work as long as the email matches the one your school has.

With Apple, choose Share My Email when asked. If you choose Hide My Email, Apple creates a private address that your school does not have, so the app cannot find your school.

Good to know

• Spelling matters. A misspelled address never receives the confirmation email and does not match the school's list.
• If you did not get the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. The message comes from Flux Student Directory at noreply@studentdirectory.app and is titled "Confirm your email address".
