How do I use the school calendar and subscribe to it?

Open Calendar to see events by day, week or month, and use Subscribe to add the calendar to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook.

Open Calendar in the left menu to see your school's events by day, week or month. To see them in your own calendar app too, subscribe with a private link.

Browse the calendar

On the web, switch between the day, week and month views, and filter events by category and tag. Categories are General, Performance, Closure, Athletic and Other. Events can have a location, such as "Gymnasium". Repeating events appear on each date they happen.

Subscribe in your own calendar app

  1. On the Calendar page, select Subscribe.
  2. Under New subscription, give the link a name if you like.
  3. Leave every box unchecked for the whole calendar, or tick certain categories or tags to make a smaller one.
  4. Select Create link and copy the link that appears.
  5. Add it to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook as a subscription, not as a one-time file import. The exact menu varies by app, so look for an option such as "Add calendar from URL" or "Subscribe to calendar."

The subscription updates itself as the school adds or changes events. Google Calendar can take up to a day to show changes.

Anyone who has your link can see the events it covers, so treat it like a password. On the Calendar Subscriptions page, select Revoke next to a link to stop it at once.
