How do I see my child's class schedule?

Open Schedule in the iPhone, iPad or Mac app to see each child's classes by week, and add the Flux widget or a calendar feed.

Last updated 2026-11-04

If your school uses Classes, open Schedule in the sidebar of the iPhone, iPad or Mac app to see your children's classes by week. Each class shows its name, such as "English 10, Section D", at the right times.

Available when your school turns on Classes and sets up its class schedule.

See the schedule

  1. Open Schedule in the sidebar.
  2. Choose one child or all of them. With several children, each class is labeled by student and each child gets a color. A class they share is gray.
  3. Use the arrows to move between weeks and Today to come back.

The app remembers which student you chose.

Share it

Select Share in the toolbar for:

  • Export PDF, a printable copy of the week.
  • Calendar Feed, a private link to subscribe in your own calendar app. Select Create Feed, then Add to Apple Calendar or Copy Link. For Google Calendar, use Other calendars, From URL, and paste the link. New Link replaces the link and Revoke stops it.
  • Widget Settings, on iPhone and iPad.

Home Screen and Lock Screen widget

Touch and hold your Home Screen, add the Flux widget, then touch and hold it and choose Edit Widget. Under Show, choose Now and Next, Next Classes or Day, then pick a student, all students, or whoever leaves first. (The same widget can show the News Feed instead.) It shows what is on now and next. It reads data already on your device, so open the app once to load your schedule. Signing out clears it.

Good to know

  • You get a notification when a class meeting in the next 14 days is added, changed or cancelled.
  • Anyone with a feed link can see those students' schedules, so share it carefully.
