How do I find a student or family in the directory?
Use the search box at the top of the student list, or tap a grade chip to narrow the list.

The student list is your home screen. Type in the search box to find a student, or tap a grade chip to show only that grade.
Search
Search finds students by their name or graduation year, and also by the name, email or phone number of a parent whose details you are allowed to see. The app and the web work the same way. In the app you can also search from other lists, such as the calendar, menus, staff, notices and documents.
Filter by grade
Under the search box is a row of grade chips: All, then Kindergarten and Grade 1 through Grade 12. Tap a chip to show only that grade. Tap it again, or tap All, to clear it. Your search text stays when you change grades.
What each row shows
Each row shows a student's photo or colored initials, their parents' names, address and a grade label. Your own child's row has a faint tint and a Linked label. The star on a row stars or unstars that student, only for you.
Open a student
Select a name to open that student's page. It shows their photo, grade and class year, and cards for address, parents, your private note and your lists. Parent phone and email appear as large buttons you can tap to call, text or email.
Good to know
- What you see depends on each family's privacy choices. A family can hide its address, and a parent can choose to show only their name. You never see more than they allow.
- If a name you expect is missing, the family may not be on the roster yet. Ask the school office.
