Help for school staff

What read-only school staff can see and do.

• What can school staff see and do in Flux Student Directory?

  Staff get read-only access to the student directory and shared school information. They cannot edit students or manage the school.

• How do I sign in as school staff?

  Your school invites you by email. Register with that same email, confirm it, and sign in on the web or in the app.

• How do I use the staff directory?

  Open Staff Directory in the menu to browse your school's faculty and staff, filter by department, and open a person's page.

• How do I find notices and the calendar as staff?

  Open Notices and Calendar in the left menu. Your school can address notices to staff, and you can subscribe to the calendar.

• Why can't I edit students or school settings as staff?

  Staff access is read-only by design. Ask a school administrator to make changes to students, the roster or who has access.
