# Who can see my information?

School administrators always see your contact details. For other parents, you choose Full profile or Name only, and can hide your home address.

School administrators always see your contact details. For other parents, you choose how much they see: your full profile or only your name. You can also hide your family's home address from other parents.

## Choose what other parents see

On the web, open your account menu and choose **Visibility**. In the iPhone or iPad app, open **Profile** (the gear icon). Then set **Profile visibility** to:

- **Full profile**, so your name, email and phone number are visible.
- **Name only**, so only your name is visible.

## Hide your home address

On the web, the **Visibility** section has a **Home address** setting that shows as **Visible** or **Hidden**. In the app, find the **Home address** section in Profile. When hidden, other parents cannot see your family's address or map pin. Administrators and your own family always can.

## What stays private

Your stars, notes and lists are private to you. Nobody else sees them, including administrators.

## Who sees what

- **School administrators** see your contact details.
- **School staff**, such as teachers, see a parent's email and phone only when that parent's contact visibility allows it. Their name always shows.
- **Other parents** see what your visibility settings allow.

## Good to know

- Your school can also set contact visibility for a parent entry on a student. If something looks different from what you chose, ask the school office.
