# How do I update my photo, phone number or address?

Use Profile for your photo and name, and edit your child's page for your family's address and contact details.

Update your own photo and name in **Profile**, and your family's address and contact details by editing your child's page.

## Your photo and name

- In the app, open **Profile** (the gear icon).
- On the web, open your account menu and choose **Profile**.

## Your phone number

On the web, your phone number is in the same **Profile** section. The iPhone **Profile** screen itself does not have a phone field.

## Your title

You can correct your own title, such as Mom, Dad or Grandparent, on the web from your account page, or when you edit your child.

## Your family's address and contact details

1. Open your child from the student list.
2. In the app, tap the pencil. On the web, select **Edit**.
3. Change the details, such as address, parent names, phone and email, and save.

## Good to know

- If a photo is uploading and your connection drops, the app keeps it and tries again later.
- Your email address is how the school finds you. If your email needs to change, ask your school office.
- You choose who sees your details under **Visibility** or in **Profile**.
- An administrator can also edit these details for you.
