In the new-post window, choose **Schedule for later** under **When**, pick a date and time, and select **Schedule**. Nobody sees the post, and nobody is notified, until that minute.

Available when your school turns on the News Feed.

## Schedule a post

1. Select **New post** and write it as usual.
2. Under **When**, choose **Schedule for later**.
3. Pick a date and time. It uses your school's time zone, and the form names it. You can schedule up to a year ahead.
4. Select **Schedule**. The button says Schedule instead of Post.

A time in the past, or less than a minute ahead, is refused with a plain message. At the chosen minute, the post appears and members get their usual single notification.

## Manage scheduled posts and drafts

Your scheduled posts and drafts are listed above the feed. Only you can see them. On the iPhone, iPad and Mac app, open the calendar-clock button in the News Feed toolbar. For each one you can choose:

- **Change time**
- **Back to draft**
- **Post now**
- **Delete**

In the app, touch and hold a post (right-click on Mac) for these actions, or swipe left to delete.

## If something changes before the time

If the school turns off the News Feed, or your posting access is removed, before the scheduled minute, the post quietly becomes a draft instead of appearing. Nobody is notified.

## Delete a published post

Delete your own post from the feed. Administrators can remove any post.

## Good to know

- Drafts do not notify anyone.
- You can only see your own scheduled posts and drafts.
